Provenance. Variante de Kévin. Vient de l'anglo-saxon "kwen" Signifie : "plante" Se fête le 3 juin.
Histoire. Saint Kévin, aussi appelé Coemgen, mena une vie d'ermite. Mais sa sainteté attire de nombreux disciples, si bien qu'il fonde vers 550 un monastère près de Dublin, en Irlande, pour les y accueillir. Il meurt en 618. C'est le deuxième patron de l'Irlande après saint Patrick.
Caractère. Ils ont une personnalité double. Ils sont à la fois flegmatiques et très actifs, d'un côté nonchalants, d'un sang-froid extraordinaire et de l'autre passionnés, voire violents. Réfléchis, ils sont très objectifs, diplomates et tolérants. Brillants, autoritaires, dotés d'une bonne conscience professionnelle, ils se dirigent généralement vers des professions de contacts et de combats. Ce sont des adeptes de l'ordre et de la discipline.
